Refund Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to INEX, provided by UniopX Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("UniopX", "we", "us").
1. No Refunds
All subscription payments — whether billed monthly or annually — are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to:
- Partial months or years of unused service following cancellation
- Downgrades between subscription tiers
- Dissatisfaction with the Service after access has been granted
- Failure to use the Service during a billing period
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account's billing management page. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
Your business documents (invoices, expense records, spreadsheets) remain in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets after cancellation, under your ownership and control, regardless of subscription status.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider an exception in cases of:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a technical error on our part
- A confirmed billing system malfunction resulting in an incorrect charge amount
Requests for exceptions must be submitted to javier@uniopx.com within 14 days of the charge in question, along with relevant details (date, amount, description of the issue). Approval of an exception in one instance does not create an obligation or precedent for future requests.
4. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails, your account may enter a grace period before service is paused, as described in our Terms of Service. If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer (a "chargeback") without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending resolution.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, that cannot be excluded by agreement. If any part of this policy is found to conflict with such rights, that part will be read down to the minimum extent necessary to comply, and the remainder of this policy will continue to apply.
